As announced at the 2019 annual meeting in San Diego, beginning in 2020 AACI will select the first participants for its new leadership development program, “Seeding the Future”.
This program and curriculum have been developed by AACI staff to help identify and educate AACI’s next generation of leaders within the crop insurance industry. Over the course of the two-year program, participants will have the opportunity to engage with industry professionals as well as government officials in various capacities. The end goal of the program is to provide participants with the tools and resources needed to become effective representatives for AACI and the crop insurance industry in Washington, DC and throughout the country. Below we have provided you with attachments for the following:
