Washington, DC – The report reviews AACI’s accomplishments, advocacy efforts, and impact over the first part of 2024. The report opens with a letter from AACI President Scott Graves and provides summaries of the 2024 industry convention and the association’s spring fly-in. There’s an update on the farm bill and additional details about several of the crop insurance specific provisions that might be included in the House and/or Senate bills. There’s a section on the upcoming election and the impact it could have on the state of politics in DC. The report also highlights key actions taken by the administration from the past year, and finally, it includes a list of all the current PAC contributors of 2024.
